Screen printing of soft and hard plastic parts

text will be printed on the transfer paper, and then with the substrate, from the back of the transfer
paper heating, so that the paper dye sublimation and graphics and text transfer to the substrate.

the hose into the drying device, drying temperature is generally about 65 ℃.

② soft plastic silk screen. Soft plastic is used to make toys, such as inflatable cartoon toys. The production is usually first in the soft flake plastic screen pattern, then cut, hot-formed. The thickness of the material used is generally 0.8~3. 0mm. If the two colors above the screen
printing, most of the plastic will be telescopic, the second color and the first color of the chromatic error.

This chromatic error makes the product lose its original value and cannot be placed on the shelf as a qualified product. For this reason, multi-color printing can only be used to fix the soft plastic of the long printing presses and there is no other way.
